The episode opens up in space where a big alien ship is shooting down the UN's forces. There's a brief battle scene and it shows the aliens landing down in Tokyo. Then it cuts to the opening sequence. Afterwords we again see the aliens living "normal" lives in Tokyo with a girl [Sae] narrating. We find out that she and a magic club are planning on attacking the alien.

The next scene shows Sae in her uniform bicyling her way through traffic. She crashes and caushes a huge jam up. Eventually she finds her way to the other two members of the magic club, who were planning on abandoning their plan. Sae crashes as she's approaching and tries to fly as her bicycle is in midair. Unfortunately, the bike ends up floating and she crashes into Takeo in a suggestive position. They start apologizing and Aburatsubo seperates the two of them.

We see Akane stuck in traffic with her boyfriend. Takeo tries to cancel the meeting by making up an excuse, but Sae is too determined and he gives in. As they're about to fly off, Sae's friend Nanaka arrives. She yells at Sae because they were supposed to ditch the club meeting together. She threatens that if Sae doesn't leave with her she'll end their friendship but Sae ignores it. Then Sae flies off and Aburatsubo and Takeo have to go chasing after her. Nanaka is left to follow them, or at least figure out how since she forgot the spell.

Meanwhile in the air, Sae is struggling to fly while Aburatsubo keeps trying to flirt with Takeo. They come across the alien, when Nanaka flies by completely out of control. They follow her and tell her to let go of the broom. As she falls, Takeo catches her, but he gets a nosebleed from the view of her bra and she drops onto Aburatsubo's broom.

The alien sends out several robots because of the disturbance. As the club members are surrounded, the robots send out rope-like things which start investigating them. Takeo starts fantasizing about the girls as he hears them shouting out stuff. Sae panics as the aliens take away her stuffed bear and try to take her wand. She releases a big blast of magic that vaporizes one of the aliens and returns her bear (Jeff-kun).

They decide to take this opportunity to escape. As they're leaving, Takeo tries to transform one of the robots into a doll but ends up giving it a bra instead. The robots in turn vaporize akeo and Sae's brooms. Aburatsubo catches Takeo but Sae ends up being caught by the one with the bra. Takeo transforms the robots holding her into a broom. She tries to fly but ends up falling. Aburatsubo's broom is vaporized and they fall into the water.

Sae floats down onto a boat with a reporter and photographer who have been watching this odd occurance. Meanwhile, the robots leave and the others find the transformed broom. The peolpe on the boat try to investigate Sae, but before they can get far, the others arrive, dripping wet and riding on a broom (which still has a bra and panties on it ^^;). They ride off together into the sunset.
